- Lead and manage large scale enterprise projects with transformational and strategic impact.
- Provide oversight and governance for multiple parallel projects executed concurrently.
- Manage dependencies across projects and prioritize initiatives at the program level.
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment with business units and IT management.
- Assist business units during the requirements definition phase to identify scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Report to designated IT leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee execution of technical project delivery from requirements through implementation and warranty support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Monitor project performance against scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
- Assess variances from project plans, gather performance metrics, and implement corrective actions.
- Apply project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure adherence to established project standards, procedures, and quality objectives.
- Apply change management and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimization initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and management.
- Act as a trusted consultant by identifying problems, developing solutions, and gaining stakeholder buy in.
- Mentor, coach, and train project team members and analysts.

- Deliver professional business presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, enterprise level projects.
- Experience working in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Insurance industry experience or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven experience leading transformational and strategic initiatives.
