Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute system-level testing with a focus on electrical subsystems
- Design and optimize data acquisition (DAQ) systems for accurate measurement and analysis
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for test automation, data processing, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineering)
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems and instrumentation
- Analyze test data and provide actionable recommendations for system improvements
- Support ground and flight test campaigns while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain detailed documentation for test procedures, setups, and results
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in electrical test engineering or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems (DAQ), instrumentation, and test equipment
- Proficiency in Python for automation and data analysis
- Strong understanding of system-level testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis
- Experience working in a multidisciplinary engineering environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- Ability to work onsite in Kent, WA
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability engineering environments
- Exposure to integrated system testing or flight test operations
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work additional hours or overtime based on project needs
