Role: Electrical Project Manager

Location: Jackson, TN (Onsite)

Type: Full Time

Electrical / Construction / Industrial

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (scope, budget, timeline)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Handle technical, contractual, and regulatory challenges
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and coordinate stakeholders
• Identify risks proactively and implement solutions
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Interpret contracts and ensure compliance with specifications
• Oversee and document project inspections and reporting
  
  

MUST-HAVE (Strict Screening):

3 years of Project Management experience

Background in Electrical / Construction / Industrial / Commercial projects

Strong experience managing:

• Budgets, timelines, and teams
  
  

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, etc.)

Ability to pass background check

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects
• Strong contract interpretation and compliance knowledge
• Experience with project inspections and documentation
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3–8 years of experience in Electrical/Construction Project Management
• Hands-on experience managing projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership and stakeholder coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to avoid delays and manage risks effectively
