This position will monitor compliance with design, standards, and legislation. The role will be a liaison between project management / project engineers and service techs as well as between clients and company.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects stay on-time and on-budget through oversight and quality control methods.
- Navigate customers and team through complex technical, contractual, or regulatory issues.
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, define project goals, and track progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Must use cost-saving initiatives within the respective category
- Familiar with repair and maintenance trades a plus (electrical, mechanical, construction, ect.)
- Will be able to foster a collaborative and teaming environment.
- Help implement systematic and effective operational techniques and workflow procedures that will enhance efficiency and quality.
- Interprets contract specifications and translates outcome into workforce efforts.
- Provide documented inspections on all work being performed.
Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Experience in program development and management.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven track record in project leadership and successful delivery.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Minimum of 3 years project management experience or related expereince.
- Electrical, Industrial, Commercial building and Mechanical maintenance operations a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite of applications (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and MS PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability with the English language (reading, writing and oral communication)
- Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers/scanners and fax machines
- Ability to pass a background check
