**Key Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a high school diploma or GED, or 3 years with an associate degree.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical systems and processes.
• Experience with process control and PLC systems (Siemens/Allen Bradley preferred).
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical distribution.
• Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms.
• Familiarity with industrial safety programs and compliance.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating temperatures on the production floor.
