We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineer / EOL Technician to support End-of-Line (EOL) testing and validation for automotive power electronics and charging systems. This role offers the opportunity to work across both early-stage development and production environments, contributing to critical testing for midsize vehicle platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute End-of-Line (EOL) testing for automotive power electronics systems from development through production
- Perform hands-on testing using lab equipment such as AC grid simulators, DC power supplies, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
- Operate and maintain automotive test equipment for validation and troubleshooting
- Support charging system and high-voltage (HVD) testing activities
- Prepare, configure, and ensure readiness of test stations, including reflash and validation setups
- Assist in procurement and setup of required tools, components, and equipment for testing environments
- Document test results and support continuous improvement of testing processes
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electrical or electronics testing
- Practical experience with automotive test equipment
- Hands-on experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and simulators
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a lab or testing environment
- Experience with automotive charging systems or high-voltage testing
- Exposure to End-of-Line (EOL) testing processes
- Familiarity with production and validation environments
