Job Description:

Dynatrace Splunk Observability Engineer responsible for designing creating and customizing dashboards to deliver realtime application infrastructure and business insights

Core Responsibilities

• Design build and customize Dynatrace dashboards for application performance infrastructure health and business KPIs
• Develop and enhance Splunk dashboards and visualizations for log analytics incident monitoring and operational insights
• Work with application and infrastructure teams to collect requirements and translate them into meaningful observability dashboards
• Configure and manage technical and business KPIs within Dynatrace and Splunk platforms
• Support proactive monitoring RCA and incident troubleshooting using dashboarddriven insights
  
  

MustHave Skills

• Strong handson experience with Dynatrace dashboard creation and customization APM Infra Services KPIs
• Strong handson experience with Splunk dashboards searches visualizations operational views
• Experience working in production SRE L3 support environments
• Ability to translate monitoring data into actionable insights for operations and leadership
  
  

Good to Have

• Exposure to incident management RCA and performance troubleshooting
• Scripting knowledge Python Shell for observability enhancement
