Must Have:
- Strong CRM Sales modules experience
- Need to be well versed in plugins, workflows, .Net, JavaScript and Portals.
- Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals.
- Minimum years of experience: 13 Years plus
- Certifications Needed: Yes Dynamics 365
- The candidate Should have extensive knowledge on CRM Sales modules
- Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with hands on complex Customizations and Configurations.
- Experience in designing architecture of the solution.
- Lead technical positions for an application dealing with overall design, integration, technical requirements (e.g., performance and scalability) and alignment with enterprise strategies
- Must have good knowledge on Dynamics 365 and coding best practices.
- Must be able to work directly with the client and lead design discussions with business, solution design and translate it to the technical team.
- Should be able to address any Technical Questions / clarifications.
- Single point of contact (Technical SME) and a Management single point of contact for all reviews, reporting, signoffs and approvals
- They should have a good technical understanding and good understand of Project management principles.
- Work hand in hand with the Infosys, Microsoft and Client for any technical issues to track the technical progress of the project.
