Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote) - Southeast Wisconsin
We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst with strong Power Platform and Power BI experience to support and enhance a growing ERP environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business processes, data, and technology, helping organizations maximize value from their Microsoft ecosystem.
This position will initially focus heavily on reporting, analytics, and Power Platform solutions, with the opportunity to take ownership of the D365 Business Central environment over time.

Dynamics 365 Business Central / Power Platform Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst with strong Power Platform and Power BI experience to support and enhance a growing ERP environment. This position will initially focus heavily on reporting, analytics, and Power Platform solutions, with the opportunity to take ownership of the D365 Business Central environment over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key resource for Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) initiatives, driving reporting, dashboards, and workflow automation
- Design and develop Power BI reports and data models to improve visibility across finance and operations
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions within D365 Business Central
- Support, configure, and optimize Business Central modules, including finance, inventory, and operations workflows
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support integrations (APIs, web services, EDI, Azure tools)
- Analyze data and processes to identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and better business insights
- Assist with testing, data validation, enhancements, and ongoing system support
- Opportunity to shape and expand Power Platform capabilities within an established ERP environment
- High visibility role with the chance to own reporting and analytics strategy
- Blend of functional and technical responsibilities-ideal for a techno-functional professional
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and broader Power Platform tools
- Strong understanding of ERP processes (finance, supply chain, operations)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
- Exposure to integrations, APIs, or cloud-based tools (Azure preferred)
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
