Job Summary
The Director of Core IT will lead the strategy and management of the enterprise platforms that power our global supply chain, wholesale, finance, and customer operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring that critical systems-including OMS, SAP, and EDI-are robust, scalable, and synchronized with our evolving business goals. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and executive strategy, providing visibility across complex IT initiatives while driving operational efficiency through automation and modern system design.

Key Responsibilities:
- Platform Stewardship: Provide strategic oversight for core enterprise ecosystems, including SAP, OMS, EDI, and the Microsoft Power Platform, supporting cross-functional teams in finance and customer care
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate with Supply Chain and Wholesale leadership to optimize the order lifecycle, inventory management, and fulfillment workflows
- Modernization & Scalability: Lead the continuous improvement of enterprise applications, focusing on automation and reducing technical debt to support business growth
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the primary regional lead for enterprise platforms, ensuring local business requirements are integrated into broader corporate technology roadmaps
- Program Governance: Maintain a centralized view of all IT initiatives, tracking scope, risk, dependencies, and timelines to ensure transparent delivery
- Cross-Functional Delivery: Coordinate with engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to ensure the long-term sustainability and performance of deployed solutions
- Business Transformation: Translate complex operational needs into structured technology projects and automation opportunities
- 8 years of leadership experience in Enterprise Applications or Core IT, specifically within high-volume supply chain or logistics environments
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in managing SAP, EDI, OMS, WMS, and integrated enterprise architectures
- Project Leadership: A proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional IT transformations from inception to completion
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of wholesale, supply chain, and B2B/B2C operational processes
- System Integration: Strong grasp of modern data flows and middleware strategies for enterprise system connectivity
- Collaboration: Experience navigating a matrixed IT environment with shared ownership across different business units or regions
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate technical roadmaps to non-technical business leaders
