Bachelor s or master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive experience leading digital transformation, cloud adoption, and application modernization initiatives.
Strong track record of client ownership, engagement leadership, and revenue growth.
Deep understanding of enterprise and solution architecture, cloud-native design principles, integration strategies, and modern engineering practices.
Strong exposure to Banking and Financial Services or other highly regulated industries.
Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and complex client programs.
