Responsibilities:
- Partner with Digital Product Managers and line-of-business stakeholders to understand product scope, priorities, and business requirements
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and detailed user stories
- Refine and manage product backlogs within Agile delivery teams
- Work closely with Scrum Masters and engineering teams during Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-functionally across business, technology, and delivery teams
- Support applications tied to financial products including deposits, lending, and credit card platforms
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for backlog management, documentation, and Agile workflows
- Provide guidance and informal leadership across product and delivery teams
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience OR 9 years of overall relevant experience
- Strong Agile delivery and product ownership experience
- Experience writing and refining epics and user stories
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Financial services, banking, or fintech experience
- Product Owner or Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
- Experience supporting enterprise digital applications
