Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Owner with strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, particularly in pricing and rating tools such as Ratabase and Earnix. The ideal candidate will lead product development initiatives, define product vision, and manage end-to-end delivery in an Agile environment.

• Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap
• Align product strategy with business goals and customer needs
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with business users, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements
• Product Backlog Management
• Create, groom, and prioritize product backlog
• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
• Product Development Lifecycle
• Oversee all stages of product development (design, development, release)
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage
• Agile Execution
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and product sprints
• Work within Agile/SAFe frameworks
• Use tools like Jira or Rally for tracking and reporting
• Communication & Delivery
• Act as a liaison between product teams and end users
• Provide regular updates and ensure successful product delivery
