Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the policies and procedures of the ACM Digital Data department.
- Process and review maintenance records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify, track, and upload corrections to discrepant records
- Ensure timely, accurate, and synchronized data migration from existing formats into the AirVault system
- Work directly with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other internal groups when records are needed
- Serve as a liaison to the Compliance group for FAA inquiries
- Research and resolve unmatched aircraft data
- Distribute and retain documents as required by AA and FAA policy
- Reconciliation of all aircraft log pages
- Prep and scan aircraft records and maintenance paperwork (specific locations only)
- Complete other assignments and projects as directed by the Coordinator, Supervisor or Manager
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience/training
- Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Ability to work independently, as well as with team members; self-motivated; can do attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to handle multiple duties/priorities daily; ability to function effectively under deadlines and still maintain accuracy; able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change quickly and easily
- Ability to maintain focus while working at a computer for extended periods of time
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to read and follow directions
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; high level of attention to detail; above average organizational skills
- Demonstrated sound decision-making ability
- Records experience/knowledge desired; Aviation maintenance records experience/knowledge a plus
- SCEPTRE, AirVault, System Time Control, Maintenance Aircraft Planning System, and Lotus Notes experience desired
- 10-key by touch and typing 50 wpm
