Work to Be Accomplished
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity using native and third-party tools.
- Ensure best practices in security, compliance, and cost optimization across both cloud environments.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications.
- Set up and manage virtual networks, VPNs, security groups, IAM roles/policies, load balancers, and storage accounts.
- Troubleshoot cloud service issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in cloud migration initiatives, hybrid-cloud setups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain cloud documentation, operational runbooks, and diagrams.
- 3 years of hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, security controls, and identity/access management in both environments.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab.
- Proficient in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) and automation.
- Familiar with monitoring/logging tools such as CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Zenoss, and Splunk.
- Hands-on experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS/EKS).
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator/Architect Associate, or equivalent.
- Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises integration.
- Knowledge of cloud cost management tools (e.g., Azure Cost Management, AWS Cost Explorer).
- Familiarity with DevSecOps and cloud compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, SOC 2).
