- 10 years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
- 10 years of experience in Observability and AIOps
- 5 years of experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
- Proven track record of implementing DevSecOps and observability solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with security integration in development pipelines.
- Excellent program management and client stakeholder engagement skills.
