Review QA, process optimization, system monitoring, custom fields, displays, permissions, schemes, requirements, backlog configurations, spaces, privileges, templates, project tracking, repositories, branching, pull requests, code, user access, group-based access controls, authentication, security, audits, interfaces, servers, patching, performance tuning, capacity planning, releases, traceability, bottlenecks, performance, data, traffic, server health, logs, tickets, debugging, fixes, metrics, trends, browser tools, analytics, platform and system failures, remediation techniques, root cause, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure, disaster recovery. Perform testing, and create release notes, user manuals, FAQs, best practice documents. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing dashboards, workflows, automation, queries; reviewing permissions, schemes, user access, security, releases, performance, logs, tickets, troubleshooting, cloud infrastructure; using BitBucket, Confluence, Jira, Agile, Atlassian, JQL, GitHub, Groovy, SQL, JavaScript.
