- 2 years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong troubleshooting skills across applications, networking, and operating systems
- Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows environments
- Scripting experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages
- Experience with containerization and automation tools
- Comfort working in high-pressure, production environments
- Ability to work on-site in Chicago
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Experience supporting low-latency or high-performance systems
- Exposure to on-prem or co-located data center environments
- Database administration experience
- Observability and monitoring best practices
