Key Responsibilities
- PC Refresh Ownership: Schedule deployment appointments directly with users, handle imaging, data transfers, software installation, and full hardware setup.
- Regional IT Support: Act as the main point of contact for technical needs, coaching staff through computer, mobile, phone, and printer troubleshooting.
- Asset & Incident Management: Track IT assets, manage service requests, and escalate critical network or security outages to the central operations center.
- Reporting: Maintain an active log of regional IT initiatives and deliver clear weekly status reports.
To excel in this position, you must have at least 1 years of experience in the following:
- PC Refresh Projects: Direct experience with large-scale computer deployments and data migration.
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Solid hands-on or service desk experience fixing PCs, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- ITSM Frameworks: Practical knowledge of Incident, Change, Service Request, and Asset Management.
- Microsoft 365 Suite: Proficiency with Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and MS Bookings (for user scheduling).
- Communication & Autonomy: Strong ability to manage your own schedule, write clear technical emails, and lead collaborative troubleshooting conversations with non-technical users.
- Compliance: Familiarity with state government-level information technology policies and security standards.
