Position Overview
- Role: PC/Laptop Imaging & Deployment Technician
- Location: Annapolis, MD 21401
- Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (40 hours/week)
- Interview Process: Strict In-Person Interview Only
- Imaging & OS: Direct experience imaging PCs using MDT, SCCM/MECM, or similar deployment tools, along with Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
- Dell Hardware: Experience configuring, deploying, and swapping Dell desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Basic Networking: Confident with domain joining, VPN setup, network drives, and printer configuration.
- Logistics & Mobility: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (a fleet vehicle is provided for travel between deployment sites).
- Physical Ability: Able to safely lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Soft Skills: Top-tier customer service skills to support non-technical users through the upgrade process.
- CompTIA A or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Active Directory, BitLocker, or Dell Command tools.
- Experience using enterprise ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).
