What You'll Be Doing
- Provide Tier 1 help desk support (phone, in-person, ticketing system)
- Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, and basic connectivity issues
- Perform password resets and basic Active Directory support
- Manage tickets (triage, prioritize, escalate)
- Image and deploy desktops/laptops
- Support hardware setup, moves, adds, and changes
- Document issues and resolutions clearly
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11
- Exposure to Active Directory, ticketing systems, or imaging tools (SCCM/MDT)
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, M365, and basic networking
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tickets
- 0-2 years of IT support, internship, or coursework
- CompTIA A (or in progress)
- Onsite in York, PA (required)
