Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and voice/data communication issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, escalating issues as necessary.
- Create and maintain detailed tickets for all support interactions, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support processes and improve service delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support practices.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in customer service, call center, or help desk environments.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Familiarity with network configurations and basic networking concepts.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
