Join our team as a Desktop Support professional in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This hybrid role, based in the Baltimore, MD area, involves providing technical support and excellent customer service.
You''ll be responsible for resolving technical issues and maintaining IT systems, with a focus on supporting executive and VIP users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide desk side support for desktop-related and end-user technical issues.
Deliver exceptional customer service and IT support, focusing on Executive and VIP end users.
Assist users with connectivity and application issues, including IP phone and desktop applications.
Install, upgrade, and manage desktop applications and user workstations.
Maintain inventory control of hardware and peripherals.
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of desktop support or end-user technical support experience.
Strong client-focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-focused environment.
Experience In a Managed Services Provider Environment Is Preferred.
Bachelor''s degree is ideal.
