Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level UX Designer to join our team on a 3-year contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, web technologies, and wireframing. You will play a key role in creating user-centered designs, ensuring clear communication, and delivering high-quality solutions within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement UX/UI designs that align with project goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Utilize design tools such as Figma to produce high-quality design assets.
• Conduct user testing and rapid prototyping to refine designs based on feedback.
• Advocate for user needs during reviews and presentations, ensuring solutions meet expectations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.

Pay Range: $55 - $75

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
