- Manage and oversee datacenter operations, including servers, storage, networking, security, and infrastructure performance.
- Ensure high availability, security, and efficiency of systems while implementing best practices for monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
- Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and operating systems.
- Manage server virtualization technologies for optimal resource utilization.
- Configure and maintain storage solutions including SAN and NAS.
- Optimize storage performance and capacity.
- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies.
- Design and maintain datacenter network infrastructure.
- Support configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement physical security measures and access controls.
- Manage surveillance systems and cybersecurity practices.
- Monitor environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity.
- Implement power management and efficiency measures.
