Requirements

• 3 or more years of experience in database administration and technical system support.
• Proficiency in SQL query development, data transformation, and legacy migration.
• Experience with ERP and CRM system upgrades and complex data mapping.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise software deployment.
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting and multi-factor authentication security.
• Experience in system integrations and user access governance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Execute data cleanup, transformation, and migration for enterprise business applications.
• Lead technical upgrades and modernization efforts for core ERP and CRM platforms.
• Analyze legacy database structures to facilitate transitions to modern environments.
• Perform system installations, software updates, and general hardware maintenance.
• Implement security protocols including 2FA/MFA and user access controls.
• Support technical integrations between internal systems and cloud-based services.
• Provide independent IT administration and technical support for diverse office operations.
