Responsibilities:
As a QA Test Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of QA testers in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
- Ensuring all testing activities meet the standards and requirements of the Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Conducting automated, functional, integration, and regression testing to identify system and software issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
- Utilizing your experience with Microsoft Dynamics to improve our testing processes and methodologies.
- Performing ETL testing to ensure the accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
- Identifying, tracking, and escalating issues as necessary, and working with the development team to resolve them.
- Providing regular reports on testing activities and results to stakeholders.
- Continually improving our QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
The ideal candidate for the QA Test Lead position will have the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
- Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven expertise in automated testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
- Experience with ETL testing is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
