- Process information with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain filing systems and departmental records.
- Perform other clerical duties as directed.
- Proficiency with data entry in office productivity and database systems.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate proofreading and verification skills.
- Reliable time management and ability to meet production targets.
- Experience in high-volume data processing or clerical roles.
- Experience with enterprise data systems or freight/payment operations.
- Familiarity with hybrid work environments and on-site workflows.
