We are seeking a data-driven professional with strong SQL expertise and experience working with healthcare datasets to support market intelligence, operational reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- SQL Development & Data Integration
- Design, write, and maintain complex SQL queries in Databricks to merge data from multiple sources, generating rich datasets and actionable insights.
- Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update monthly data pipelines, ensuring timely refreshes and accuracy of key datasets.
- Claims Data Analysis
- Work with healthcare claims data on a monthly basis to update competitive intelligence, Total Addressable Market (TAM), and other strategic metrics.
- Advanced Analytics & Insights
- Leverage claims data, real-world evidence, product usage, and patient-level insights to build robust datasets and conduct analyses that enhance market understanding and consumer experience.
- Data Quality Assurance
- Apply data validation principles to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all datasets.
- KPI & Metric Development
- Collaborate with senior managers and directors to define and develop KPIs and operational metrics tailored to project goals.
- Data Visualization
- Create visualizations (charts, graphs, dashboards) using tools such as Tableau, Databricks Gen AI/BI Genie, and Excel to communicate insights effectively.
- Project & Stakeholder Management
