Job Description:

• Strong experience of implementing data product architecture for P&C insurance domain
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
  

Requirement/Responsibilities:

• Understand enterprise data architecture and Data structures aligned with Azure/Snowflake services and conceptualize data products for Insurance domains - Customer, Claims, Policy etc.
• Experience on MS Fabric, Snowflake and Azure platform; sound knowledge on Datalake, Data Warehousing concepts
• Drive domain-led data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) for P&C insurance, with accountability for shaping and delivering scalable, KPI-aligned data products.
• Experience in mapping data elements from Insurance workflow and applications to Operational Data Stores and Data Warehousing
• Partner with business, data engineering, and platform teams to enable Insights creation for delivering more value
• Support Azure-based data platforms and data products, optimizing models for performance, cost, and future extensibility
• Hands on experience in SQL, Python with proficiency in Data pipelines, Data engineering, and Reports/Dashboards
