Key Responsibilities
- Download, compile, validate, and distribute data reports and extracts
- Perform high-volume data entry, updates, and record maintenance
- Reconcile records, identify discrepancies, and support corrective actions
- Create and maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, trackers, and reports
- Support system implementations, testing, user setup, and data loads
- Maintain audit-ready documentation, logs, and version control records
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely data processing
- High school diploma required; degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, pivots, formatting, and reporting
- Experience with HRIS, EHS, ERP, or similar business systems preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data reconciliation, reporting, and process documentation preferred
