You’ll work closely with business partners to design reporting solutions, analyze operational data, and deliver insights that drive decision-making. The position includes both project-based development work and ongoing operational reporting responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and interpret data to support program evaluation and operational decision-making
- Extract, review, and validate data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders
- Create and track metrics to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
- Design and build data queries and programs to support analysis (SQL, databases)
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Facilitate meetings, document requirements, and present findings to leadership and customers
- Automate reporting processes where possible to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Document reporting procedures to enable self-service reporting by other teams
- Identify data inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
- 2 years of data analysis, reporting, or research experience
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases (DB2 or similar)
- Experience with Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, data analysis)
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and resolve discrepancies
- Experience working with business stakeholders in a consultative capacity
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR equivalent experience
