Position: Data Analyst - Analytics

Location: 100% onsite in Irvine, CA (Only local candidates will be considered)

Terms: Direct-hire

Compensation: $38.00 to 42.00 per hour (DOE)Benefits: Annual discretionary bonus benefits 3 weeks PTO

Partnered with a client who is hiring an experienced Data Analyst to support the customer experience team by delivering actionable insights that improve customer service performance, on-time delivery, and operational efficiency.

This is a unique, business-facing analytics role where you will combine technical expertise (Power BI, Excel, ERP, CRM systems) with strong business acumen and communication skills to influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze customer service metrics (order fulfillment, backlog, on-time delivery, queue performance, expedite requests)
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Ensure data integrity and validate sources
  
  

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
• Deliver ad hoc and recurring insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Continuously improve reporting and identify gaps/opportunities
  
  

Operational Support

• Monitor backlog and delivery risk; proactively flag issues and recommend mitigation
• Partner with customer experience, sales, and operations teams
• Understand end-to-end order flow from entry to reporting
  
  

Business Contribution

• Fulfill reporting requests from leadership
• Proactively identify new metrics, trends, and improvement opportunities
• Recommend dashboards, enhancements, and process improvements
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3 years in data analytics or similar role
• Advanced Power BI and Excel skills
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and CRM platforms
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to clearly communicate insights and challenge assumptions
• Background working with data in customer service, sales, or order management
