As a Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing secure solutions to protect our organization''s information systems and data. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our digital assets while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise security architecture to safeguard network, cloud, and application environments
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards
- Implement and manage security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, SIEM, EDR, DLP, and CASB
- Conduct threat modeling and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, and PCI-DSS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting forensic analysis when necessary
- Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies to proactively address security risks
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Strong experience in enterprise security architecture design
- Deep knowledge of:
- Network Security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs)
- Cloud Security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
- Application Security & Secure SDLC
- Identity & Access Management (IAM, SSO, MFA)
- Data Protection & Encryption
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, DLP, CASB, and vulnerability management tools
- Strong understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles
- Experience in threat modeling and risk management methodologies
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS as applicable)
- Knowledge of scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell) is a plus
