Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive web experiences, applications, and user interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, content producers, editors, and production teams.
- Translate creative concepts into technically feasible, high-performing digital solutions.
- Develop and animate presentations, websites, games, and multimedia experiences.
- Build and maintain applications using Flash frameworks and web technologies.
- Integrate video, motion graphics, and interactive elements into digital platforms.
- Optimize code and applications to ensure performance and usability.
- Work with a variety of creative assets including illustration, photography, typography, and editorial content.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (design, web, or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
- Strong programming experience with:
- ActionScript
- JavaScript
- PHP
- Experience with:
- HTML/XHTML and CSS standards
- XML
- Flash/Flex frameworks
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience designing user interfaces and interactive applications.
- Ability to balance creative design with technical constraints.
- Experience with:
- MySQL, ASP, or Java (nice to have)
- Python (a plus)
- Background in motion graphics or animation.
- Experience architecting or leading development of interactive applications.
- Familiarity with integrating Flash applications with web platforms.
- A developer with both creative vision and technical expertise.
- Passion for building engaging, user-centered digital experiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
