Controls Technician (2-3 years exp) to provide field support during testing, commissioning, and startup phases of industrial and data center projects. Working directly alongside Controls and OT Engineers, this role is essential for executing loop checks, point-to-point verification, power checks, and hands-on troubleshooting to ensure systems are ready for commissioning and client acceptance.
- 2-3 years of experience as a controls technician, instrumentation technician, or electrician in an industrial or construction environment
- Proficiency with multimeters, loop calibrators, HART communicators, and related test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and I/O lists
- Basic understanding of PLC I/O systems and control panel layouts
- Experience with LOTO procedures and electrical safety practices
- Data center construction or commissioning experience is a plus
- NICET Level I or II (Instrumentation & Control) preferred
- OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
