Controls Subject Matter Expert responsible for BMS/EPMS/SCADA integration, IO validation, sequence verification, and alarm confirmation.

Controls Subject Matter Expert responsible for BMS/EPMS/SCADA integration, IO validation, sequence verification, and alarm confirmation.
- L1–L2 Controls Pre-Functional
- Coordinate with Gray building MEP’s to ensure pathways are complete and ready for controls installation.
- Verify the equipment (parts and smarts) and control panels installed match the submittals.
- Validate point-to-point checks and IO mapping.
- Confirm network integrity, BACnet/IP configuration, and fiber stability.
- L3 Controls Readiness
- Confirm alarm visibility, trending activation, and approved SOO implementation.
- Verify system feedback from electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Coordinate cross-discipline testing with Mechanical and Electrical Leads.
- L4 Functional Testing
- Support sequence validation, tuning, and alarm response testing.
- Coordinate cross-discipline testing with Mechanical and Electrical Leads.
- L5 Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Support cross-system failure simulations.
- Validate automation response and system recovery logic.
