Seeking a QA Manager on a temp-to-hire basis (onshore), with the intent to convert the resource to a full-time employee based on performance, cultural fit, and business need. The resource will lead QA strategy, execution, and governance across multiple projects.

Engagement Model

• Initial Contract Duration: 3 6 months (extendable based on performance)
• Work Model: Onsite/Hybrid (2 days only)

Resource Profile Requirements

• Experience
• 10 years in Quality Assurance
• Minimum 5 years in QA Manager / Lead role
• Experience in large-scale, multi-system implementations
• Preferred Certifications
• PMP, Agile/Scrum
  

Mandatory Skill Set

Candidates must have demonstrable experience in:

• QA strategy, test planning, and estimation
• Managing end-to-end testing (functional, integration, UAT, regression)
• QA governance, metrics, and reporting
• Defect lifecycle management and triage
• Stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination
  
  

Tools & Technology

• Azure DevOps / JIRA / Smartsheets
• Automation exposure (Selenium, BrowserStack, Playwright etc.)
• API/integration testing (Postman)
  
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and drive QA strategy and execution
• Lead and manage QA teams across workstreams and regions
• Ensure test coverage, traceability, and execution quality
• Manage defect triage and resolution tracking
• Provide status reporting, metrics, and risk visibility
• Act as primary QA stakeholder interface
• Enforce release quality gates
• Drive process improvements and QA maturity
