- Lots of growth on their team!
- Whole new product set coming so they need help creating what the digital messaging is for
- leading the strategy and some of the development work for physician and healthcare professional customers
- High level duties: biggest would-be strategic planning, putting down PowerPoint docs what communication goals are, working with agency partners to develop messaging, develop any collateral or digital program pieces (webpage, email, social posts)
- Help with testimonial they can go in field to capture that
- Their ability to develop strategic content plans and communication plans #1 on the list
- #2 on the list experience managing stakeholders
- Focus on soft skill mindset, really can elaborate on their approach to programs and processes
- Being a bit more process-oriented in this role will be helpful
- If they are able to show that they've done/have experience in taking something from product marketing team on what their biz objectives are then know the next step is to develop communication plan, then after that they would be working with channel teams (social media, etc.), so basically knowing they have to go through all the steps and what those are
- If they are "buttoned up" or organized with their approach
- Open to seeing all industries but healthcare would be where she wants to start
- Asana, not Salesforce
- Marketing is nice to have, would rather them have digital communication planning
- Reports to Group Marketing Manager of Content Strategy, Digital Marketing & Customer Experience
- About 5-6 other players they'll be communicating with daily
