MUST HAVES:
- Mega project, big pharma experience
- Understanding of scheduling for equipment
- Forecasting, gathering and providing updates to management and executive leadership
- Bringing equipment from commissioning to turnover
- The Lead Construction Equipment Manager will oversee the execution, coordination, and turnover of large-scale pharmaceutical process and clean utility equipment on a mega capital project. Equipment & Systems Experience (Highly Desired):
- Glass-lined reactors
- Condensers
- Dryers
- 20 years of experience supporting pharmaceutical or life sciences capital projects
- Experience working on mega-projects is strongly preferred
- Background at the Construction Manager (CM) or senior construction supervisor level (minimum)
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, equipment installation, and turnover processes
