Pay Range:
Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve local area network (LAN) issues, providing timely event notifications.
- Use diagnostic tools (e.g., visual fault locators, Ethernet testers) to maintain optical and copper cabling.
- Image, maintain, and repair end-user hardware including workstations, phones, and printers.
- Communicate scheduled upgrades and maintenance activities to stakeholders.
- Create and maintain accurate site documentation using Visio.
- Deliver first-line end-user support and escalate tickets when necessary.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with 2 years of experience OR Equivalent experience, training, or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Active IAT Level II DoD Approved 8570 Baseline (e.g., Security CE) or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Active CCNA certification or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Proficiency with Cisco configurations (EIGRP, BGP, SNMP, TCP/IP, OSPF, VLANs, VPN, NAT, GRE, IPSEC).
- Experience with packet capture, traffic analysis, and vulnerability remediation.
- Strong understanding of the OSI model and multi-protocol routing (VRF, VPN, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VPLS).
