We're looking for a detail-oriented individual who is adept at precise measurements and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blueprint reading, GD&T fundamentals, and precision measurement. They will also have extensive experience with rs-150, coordinate measurement, mazatrol, okuma, mazak, mills, lathes, multi axis, 4 axis, 5 axis, and ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

- Developing and implementing complex CMM programs to assist with the manufacturing process.
- Operating and maintaining CMM equipment efficiently and effectively.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and plans to ensure accurate measurements.
- Conducting quality control checks and precision measurements to maintain product quality.
- Utilizing software such as mazatrol, okuma, mazak for programming and operation.
- Operating various machinery such as mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines.
- Adhering to ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards and guidelines.
- Identifying, analyzing, and solving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality outputs.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Operator in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T fundamentals, and precision measurement.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with rs-150, coordinate measurement, mazatrol, okuma, mazak.
- Hands-on experience with mills, lathes, multi-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/ISO9001 standards and guidelines.
