- Imaging informatics programmer, familiar with imaging informatics tools and environments such as DICOM, Nifti, E2E, PACS, Flywheel etc
- Familiarity with imaging data headers and meta data; familiarity with imaging operational reports and tracking requirements; familiarity with developing databasing and WebApps tools such as SQL, R-Shinny, DataIKU etc
- Familiarity with Database administration, such as DB tables maintenance, optimization, indexing, creating views/stored procedures based on project requirements.
- Python data science skills for data manipulation, web frameworks, visualization, and Machine Learning.
- Develop and deploy imaging data collection and analysis monitoring database and build Web Apps (such as Shinny App) to allow tracking of the operation and data quality
