Must-Have Skills:
- 5 years providing desktop and network support, with strong knowledge of PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and scanners.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, Active Directory or InTune, and NTS Network.
- High school diploma (associate/bachelor's degree accepted in lieu of experience).
- Experience using help desk ticketing systems.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field.
