Must Have:
- 5 years of Client Success / Project or Program Management experience
- Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills
- Experience leading product rollout, implementation, implementation, and training
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, analytics, AI engineering, and product teams
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management background
- Experience with , , , CCaaS or call center AI products
- Telecom / Cable industry background preferred (ex: , Spectrum, etc.)
- Experience in large-scale call center operations, chat, voice, or digital support environments
- Client is specifically interested in candidates with Hospitality / Food & Beverage background (restaurant, hotel, bartender, server/wait staff, guest relations, etc.) combined with client-facing, sales, consulting, or customer success experience
