Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Data Management
- Support onboarding of new clients, ensuring accurate and timely account setup
- Maintain and update client data within internal systems
- Assist with client contracting and documentation processes
- Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications
- Monitor accounts through funding and activation
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings for Advisor teams
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients
- Organize and manage tax documentation
- Track client consents and finalize tax returns
- Coordinate estimated payments and assist with e-filing processes
- Interface with internal departments to support investment and operational needs
- Assist with matters related to Special Investments and Private Equity
- Support Quality Control tracking and reporting metrics
- Bachelor s degree required
- 2 5 years of experience in a professional corporate environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or investment operations
- Service-oriented with strong client interaction skills
- Comfortable supporting advisors and investment professionals
- Detail-driven with strong follow-through
- Able to think clearly under pressure and meet deadlines
