- Strong understanding of Clarity PPM project lifecycle management, capacity management, financial and time management.
- Experience with Clarity PPM configuration including object design, studio customization and workflow development
- Knowledge of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP or ServiceNow
- Familiarity with clarity SaaS/on-premise upgrades and migration activities.
- The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation
- Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours
- Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute
- Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours
- Manages change and release management activities
- Suggests and facilitate process improvements Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing
- Conducts user training (on-need basis)
