- Proven experience as a Change Management specialist or consultant, ideally with 5 years supporting large-scale digital/ERP/HCM/CRM transformations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills confident, assertive, and influential, able to engage executives and frontline staff alike.
- Demonstrated success in driving adoption of new systems and processes (such as ERP or HRIS implementations).
- Familiarity with enterprise cloud platforms (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Workday HCM, Salesforce CRM, or similar) and their typical organizational impacts.
- Must be able to work fully on-site in the Bay Area (5 days/week) throughout the contract.
