Overview

We are seeking a Call Center Analyst to support a high-volume service desk environment, delivering exceptional customer service and technical support within a fast-paced setting. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, healthcare application familiarity, and a commitment to resolving user issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound support calls (75 calls per day) while maintaining quality service and professionalism
  • Log, track, and manage incidents and requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation
  • Provide first-level technical and application support to end users, troubleshooting issues and escalating when necessary
  • Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating solutions and maintaining a positive, user-focused approach
  • Support troubleshooting for clinical and healthcare applications, ensuring minimal disruption to end users

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a high call volume call center or service desk environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users
  • Experience managing support tickets and prioritizing multiple requests effectively
  • Familiarity with clinical applications such as EPIC, Cerner, Athenahealth, or AllScripts
  • Ability to remain organized, efficient, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting healthcare or clinical systems in a technical support capacity
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to applications and user access
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
