We are seeking three CAD Drafters I to support an engineering program in Long Beach, MS. In this role, you will assist with the migration of technical data from an existing data management system into a new software platform.
You will report directly to the Engagement Manager and collaborate with other CAD team members to deliver high-quality drafting and design support. This role offers exposure to multiple systems and requires adaptability to learn and apply new tools quickly. The ideal candidate has hands-on CAD experience and thrives in a fast-paced project environment where tasks begin immediately.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Create and modify technical drawings using 3D CAD software
- Utilize AutoCAD to support drafting and documentation needs
- Support data migration projects from legacy systems to new platforms
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design accuracy
- Report to Engagement Manager and interface with CAD team members
- Deliver assigned tasks and contribute to large-scale project execution
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software
- Experience with AutoCAD
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Experience with SolidWorks
- Experience using Windchill PLM
- Associate’s Degree required
- Pay rate up to 28/h W2
